It is assured by Art Invest that all the artworks displayed on the website are genuine works of artist listed. The art works are scanned and authenticated by Art Invest experts before putting up on the site.
Authenticity certificate signed by the artist is provided with each artwork.
In case of deception found after the deal Art Invest would refund the full amount of purchase to the buyer after the investigation and acquisition of proof of disputed artwork from the source from where it is obtained.
The authenticity guarantee holds for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Only the registered buyer can make a claim. The artwork should be returned in the same physical condition as it was purchased in. The artwork should have been indisputably purchased through Art Invest.
